Jestan Herbal Health Inc. 1988 to date
Consultant Herbalist – Diagnose, Advise and Dispense plant based medicines serving the health protection and the curing of living beings (humans, plants, animals). Collaboration with herbalists, traditional healers, traditional birth attendants and “modern” doctors to collect information on methods and practices used in traditional health care, their feasibility and application in Healthcare.

3.01 ICIPE Nairobi, 1988-2001
Chief technician, carrying out research. under the head of chemistry and biochemistry research unit (CBRU) in isolating, identification, characterization and biological assays of natural products used as pesticides, antibiotics, antiprotozoa, etc.

3.02 East Africa Community, 1966-1974

(East Africa Industrial Research Organization – EAIRO) laboratory technician. carrying out applied research and industrial analytical quality control on various aspects of the industries: those already established and those to be established in east Africa.

Research and Development (R&D): Ranging from bench work to pilot plant scale to establish and modify existing process in the utilization of vegetal and animal products, e.g woods, resins essential oils, sisal juice, coffee husks, polymers, etc.
